As Senior Manager of Supplier Diversity, Adriene and her team work to dismantle barriers for diverse suppliers to be able to compete for opportunities within MillerKnoll’s procurement process to become suppliers of the company and part of its dealer network.

Diverse-owned suppliers and dealers are a critical part of the company’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the Supplier Diversity Team identifies, develops, grows, and expands MillerKnoll’s diverse supplier network through strategic initiatives and processes that ensure diverse business participation in an open, fair, and inclusive environment.
