As Chief Creative and Product Officer, Ben Watson leads creative direction, global marketing, and communications for MillerKnoll, along with global brand and product marketing for the Herman Miller brand. He also oversees product design, development and innovation, sustainability, and real estate.

A tenured and respected MillerKnoll team member, Ben’s expansive vision and execution has been vital in bringing our company’s well-respected design heritage into its next chapter, and connecting it with new generations of design talent and enthusiasts. His passion for our brand identity and legacy makes him both a powerful steward for our collective and an outspoken advocate for our customers.

Prior to the MillerKnoll merger, Ben spent over a decade with the Herman Miller brand, joining the company as Chief Creative Officer in 2010, before ultimately becoming Herman Miller President. His creative vision is also informed by his previous experience in the retail and design industries, including serving as Global Creative Director for Apparel at Nike and Global Marketing Director and VP Sales and Marketing USA at Vitra.

Ben attended Harvard University.
