Kris Marubio serves as Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Communications, leading MillerKnoll’s global internal and external communications strategy. As a member of the company’s leadership team, she also served as Chief of Staff to the CEO.   

Kris has a strong appreciation for iconic American design and building programs that rally associates, win customers and drive shareholder value.  She is a seasoned communications leader with more than 20 years of experience. Prior to joining MillerKnoll in September 2021, Kris led communications and associate engagement for Gap, Banana Republic, Athleta and Janie and Jack. Before that, she managed corporate communications at Levi Strauss & Co., Gap Inc. and Autonomy.  Early in her career, she worked on consumer goods and technology accounts at Edelman and Porter Novelli.  

Kris holds a B.A. in Government from Smith College and studied Government at Harvard University.
