Rob Woodbridge

President, International Contract, MillerKnoll

Rob Woodbridge serves as President of International Contract, where he leads the global contract business for MillerKnoll, guiding sales, market strategy, and growth across international regions. He also oversees the company’s UK-based brands, Colebrook Bosson Saunders (CBS) and NaughtOne.

Rob has been with MillerKnoll for more than 17 years, including eight years as Senior Vice President of International Finance. He has helped guide the business through periods of significant change and growth and played a key role in the integration of HAY, NaughtOne, and Knoll. He joined Herman Miller in 2009 as a financial controller and went on to hold a range of reporting and commercial roles, later serving as Finance Director for EMEA. Prior to his time at MillerKnoll, Rob began his accountancy career in audit with PwC in London before transitioning into corporate finance.

Rob holds a business degree and is a qualified finance professional with Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) status from the Institute of Chartered Accounts for England and Wales. Rob, his wife, and three children live in Bristol, UK.
