Milan, Italy, August 31, 2023 – MillerKnoll, a leader in global design, announced the completion of Oracle Italia's new office space in Milan, Italy. Located in Milan’s financial and technology district, the project represents one of the largest multi-brand MillerKnoll-designed spaces in Europe, with over 20,000 square feet of office space and four brands featured.

Working in tandem with local dealer Comfort Office, Oracle was able to leverage MillerKnoll’s unparalleled portfolio of products and design capabilities to create an environment focused on fostering connection and wellbeing for their employees.

Oracle Italia’s new space was completed with products from across the collective of brands including Herman Miller, NaughtOne, HAY, and Muuto. The products were used throughout a variety of different spaces, each aimed to support the muti-functional needs of office work today. In addition, Oracle was able to leverage MillerKnoll’s RePurpose program to support their corporate sustainability initiatives.

“Sustainability is very important to Oracle and partnering with MillerKnoll allowed us to take products from our old facilities that were at the end of their useful lives and exchange them as we built our new office space,” said Fabrizio Biestro, Oracle Facilities Manager Italy. “The rePurpose program made it simple for us to put our sustainability goals into action.”

Oracle Italia’s new office is located in the Edifici Garibaldi Executive, the ED.G.E building. The building was originally built in 1972, but went through a significant renovation in 2020. The renovation included Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification, a global symbol of excellence in sustainable building and construction.
