Cheryl leads Herman Miller Group’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy globally and works to connect DEI initiatives to the company’s purpose and values. She provides organizational consultation focused on infusing DEI throughout global operations, including recruitment and talent development strategies, leadership development and planning, supplier diversity, Equity Teams, and the Diversity in Design (DID) Collaborative. She works with leadership to ensure an enterprise focus on equity and aligns and facilitates the direction of Herman Miller’s Global Executive Diversity & Inclusion Council.
