Jesse leads workplace consulting services for customers across North America. He is responsible for helping clients envision their future and optimize space based on business priorities and data-driven metrics. He delivers research- based exercises including strategic visioning, workplace evaluation, space utilization, and change management. Jesse is also a knowledge leader at Herman Miller, bringing relevant insight to our customers and design partners. His areas of expertise include Agile and Scrum, change management and change communication, workplace strategy development and implementation, and coaching.
