Group President, MillerKnoll
Chris Baldwin is the Group President of MillerKnoll, where he oversees our Global Operations and International Contract Business, including NaughtOne and Colebrook Bosson Saunders, as well as other brands within the MillerKnoll collective including Muuto, HAY, Holly Hunt, Geiger, DatesWeiser, Maharam, KnollTextiles, Edelman, and Spinneybeck|FilzFelt.
Chris initially joined Knoll in 2018 as Chief Operating Officer and President, Workplace, where he supported Knoll’s mission to create inspiring modern interiors ranging from workplaces, home offices, residential spaces, and beyond. He was instrumental in the merger that brought Herman Miller and Knoll together to create MillerKnoll, and now works to ensure the individual brands and business areas underneath his leadership leverage MillerKnoll’s infrastructure and capabilities to drive growth and profitability.
Chris brings to his current role broad global experience across sales and distribution, marketing, product development, finance, and operations from a variety of industries. Prior to Knoll, Chris held several leadership roles throughout his over 10 year tenure at Kohler Company, including President - Kitchen & Bath Americas and President - Global Faucets. He also currently serves on the Board of the Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturers Association (BIFMA).
Chris holds a B.S. from Purdue University in Chemical Engineering, and an MBA from Northwestern University in Marketing, Management and Strategy, Management and Organizations, and Analytical Consulting.
