MillerKnoll Named One of The 50 Most Community-Minded Companies in the United States by Points of Light

ZEELAND, Mich., June 4, 2025 --  MillerKnoll, a global collective of design brands, has been named a 2025 honoree of The Civic 50 by Points of Light, the world’s largest organization dedicated to increasing volunteering. The Civic 50 recognizes the 50 most community-minded companies in the United States each year through a rigorous, data-driven survey. This marks the first time MillerKnoll has made the list.

For more than a decade, The Civic 50 has served as the national standard for corporate citizenship and showcases how leading companies are moving community to the core of their business. This comprehensive survey for companies with annual revenues of at least $1 billion evaluates the scale, sophistication, and impact of their employee volunteering, community engagement, and corporate philanthropy work.

“This recognition reflects the deep commitment of our people, who bring purpose and compassion to their work every day. Community engagement is more than a responsibility—it’s a core part of who we are and what we do to help create a better world,” commented Linda Brand, President of MillerKnoll Foundation.

MillerKnoll Foundation draws on the passion and leadership of our associates to ignite impact in our communities around the world. Together with our associates, we strive to design a brighter future by supporting nonprofits and charities whose work is aligned with our mission to be a force for good, and our three Impact Areas, which are the strategic platform for all grant requests to ensure focused impact: 1. Engaging youth in art and design; 2. Promoting resiliency in MillerKnoll communities worldwide; and 3. Strengthening our commitment to sustainability.

In 2024, the Foundation deepened its impact by awarding educational scholarships to children and grandchildren of MillerKnoll associates, while continuing to provide vital support to those affected by natural disasters and humanitarian crises. Our annual Global Day of Purpose unites associates around the world in a shared commitment to giving back—contributing over 13,000 volunteer hours across 400 events in 2024 to support people, the planet, and the communities we serve.
