A former critical care nurse practitioner turned spatial scientist, Michelle leads MillerKnoll’s healthcare research. By focusing on how staff, patients and families interact and are affected by the organization and activities taking place within healthcare settings, Michelle works to create solutions needed to prevent or promote outcomes and measure effectiveness, creating spaces and practices that benefit everyone involved.
